DMCA Policy

Dbd Initialization Error respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that any content hosted on Dbd Initialization Error infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on Dbd Initialization Error was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
